Analysis of run-up processes of synchronous machines in the motor drive of gas pumping unit injectors
Gas Industry Journal № 05 (706)/2014 has published an article by V. P. Frayshteter (Giprotymenneftegaz, HMS Group) and О. А. Lysova on Analysis of run-up processes of synchronous machines in the motor drive of gas pumping unit injectors. With a view to remoteness of the gas consumers from their sources – West Siberia gas fields, the importance of main gas pipelines being serviced by the compressor stations (CS) to RF economy is evident. The article considers electrically-driven gas pumping injectors (GPI), actuating synchronous motors (SM). In recent years a necessity appeared to regulate their speed for a variety of reasons. Implementation of speed control of large-size synchronous motor has become possible with the appearance of high-voltage frequency converters on the market. The objective of the article is to develop a mathematical description and models of opened и closed circuit systems "frequency converter - synchronous motor" as well as analysis of their dynamical processes.
