On October 25, 2016 the first training “Leadership” took place in Giprotyumenneftegaz

Today, in the conditions of constant growth of requirements to the level of competence and the quality of the work, the leadership skills are highly significant to be successful in your career especially. About leadership people speak, write and argue for a long time. The business owners, heads of non-commercial organizations, political parties and government agencies unanimously confirm: "For a successful development we need leaders."

That is why the training program for specialists of Giprotyumenneftegaz, PJSC has been started with the seminar "Educate yourself as a leader".

During seminar the specialists got acquainted with theories of leadership, different management styles, differences and similarities of the roles of manager and leader, approaches to increase their personal effectiveness and many other topics.

The active form of the seminar, combining mini-lectures, practical exercises and discussions allowed participants to review the options of leader behavior, assess their own leadership qualities and to choose the direction of leadership potential development.
