Attention of the partners, contractors and investors
HMS HYDRAULIC MACHINES & SYSTEMS GROUP PLC (LSE: HMSG) (the “Company”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “HMS Group” ) informs you about possible cases of fraud due to Internet websites containing unreliable information, confusingly similar to the names of the sites of the Company and its subsidiaries, and using the name of Joint Stock Company «HMS Group», HMS HYDRAULIC MACHINES & SYSTEMS GROUP PLC, JSC «HYDROMASHSERVICE», «Kazanсompressormash» OJSC and other industrial and commercial companies of HMS Group.
These websites contain information about products and services of HMS Group companies, their financial statements, press release and also information subject to compelling disclosure. The information available on these sites contain misinformation and can be misleading to clients, partners and investors of HMS Group.
In order to protect the interests of clients and investors from fraudulent actions, HMS Group announces that only the following sites are used by management of the Company and its subsidiaries for information disclosure and provide truthful and accurate information about HMS Group:
